Frame made from formed 24 gauge galvanized steel, secured at one corner by rivets. Filter media consists of a special blend of fiberglass, pleated to a depth of 2" or 4" (the depth of the filter frame). 2" filters have 10 pleats per foot, and 4" filters have 8 pleats per foot. Media will be secured between two layers of 1x1 wire, secured within the galvanized frame to prevent blowout. Filter will hold up to 500 FPM air velocity and temperatures up to 500 degrees F. Initial pressure drop is 0.06 in WG. Average efficiency is 40-45%, MERV 10, Euro class F5.
